Sweetheart AI is an AI-powered data analytics tool allowing users to upload data files, connect databases, and generate reports using their own third-party AI API keys.
Keys are encrypted with AES-256 in your browser before transmission. We store only ciphertext. Decryption happens only in your browser memory during active sessions. We never log, share, or expose your keys.
Files are processed in memory and deleted within 2 hours. Database connections use read-only access. We do not copy or cache your data beyond immediate analysis.
We do not use your data, queries, reports, or any derived information to train any AI model — ours or anyone else's.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your data with any third party.
Account email, encrypted API key ciphertext, basic usage analytics (no data content logged), browser info for encryption key management.
Files retained max 2 hours then auto-deleted. Saved results deletable anytime. Account deletion removes all data within 30 days.
